This single-arm swing gate opener package with photo eye is a residential linear actuator with all the features you’ll need to operate a swing gate successfully. This package includes two 7AH batteries, a standard control box, a retro-reflective photo eye, and the LA400DC primary actuator arm. This swing gate package is made for heavy-duty gates up to 850 pounds or 16 feet long. This package is also UL-compliant once used with monitored safety entrapment protection devices.
The handy LED diagnostic display allows you to resolve issues and assist with troubleshooting quickly. A new party pass feature also lets you hold your gate open for an extended period when having guests in your home. This unit complies with fire department standards, and the gate will auto-open when AC power or battery depletion occurs. With an inherent reversing sensor, a gate will reverse when an obstruction is detected, allowing pets and kids to stay safe during gate operation.
