The residential 24VDC secondary arm for the LA400 DC swing gate opener is a complementary linear actuator for the LA400 DC. With the myQ app, you can control and monitor your gate from anywhere in the world. This gate opener is for gates up to 16 feet and 850 pounds. Plus, since the gate operator follows the most stringent UL 325 industry guidelines, you can rest assured that your gate will follow protocol when installed with the proper photo-eye.
The heavy-duty cast-aluminum housing DC motor is powerful and has a soft start/stop operation. Since this system is solar-ready and can be installed with not included solar panels, you may qualify for an additional 22% solar tax credit.
