For commercial premises, use the heavy-duty industrial barrier gate operator BG7905023. When a strong gate operator that won't quickly corrode in weather conditions is essential, having this opener on hand is helpful. It has an 11-gauge steel casing and a 24-foot wishbone arm. If not using the wishbone arm, almost any barrier arm can be moved by the 1/2 HP commercial motor, which has a 230VAC power rating.
Your gate will shut after the allotted time has elapsed, thanks to the timer-to-shut option that is available. Using the included long-distance wiring module, accessories and controls can be positioned up to 100 feet away from an operator. The cherry on top is that this gate operator satisfies some of the most stringent UL 325 requirements. However, to comply, you'll need to install an extra entrapment tool, like a photoelectronic or edge sensor.
