Use the heavy-duty industrial barrier gate operator BG7905083 for commercial properties. This opener is helpful to have on hand when a sturdy gate operator that won't easily corrode in weather conditions is required. It has a 24-foot wishbone arm and an 11-gauge steel casing. The 1/2 HP commercial motor, which has a 208VAC power rating, can move any gate barrier arm.
The timer-to-shut feature that is offered will cause your gate to close when the designated time has passed. Accessories and controls can be placed up to 100 feet from an operator using the long-distance wiring module that is provided. The icing on the cake is that this gate operator complies with some of the strictest UL 325 specifications. But to do that, you'll need to install an additional entrapment tool, like a photoelectric or edge sensor.
