For commercial premises, use the heavy-duty industrial barrier gate operator BG7905081. When a strong gate operator that won't easily corrode in weather conditions is needed, this opener is useful to have on hand. It has an 11-gauge steel casing and a 24-foot wishbone arm. Any gate barrier arm can be operated by the 1/2 HP commercial motor, which has a power rating of 208VAC.
Your gate will close when the allocated time expires thanks to the timer-to-close feature that is supplied. Using the included long-distance wiring module, accessories and controls can be put up to 100 feet away from an operator. The cherry on top is that this gate operator satisfies some of the harshest UL 325 requirements. But in order to do so, you'll need an additional entrapment tool, like a photoelectric or edge sensor.
