This helpful kit includes the heavy-duty industrial gate opener, IHSL24UL, with a riser, photo eye, and edge to complete your gate setup. The IHSL24UL can handle gates up to 5,500 pounds, making it a gate operator that can handle the most heavy-duty industrial gates. But just because it is an industrial gate opener does not mean it is complicated to give maintenance to. This gate operator works 24/7 and requires minimal maintenance thanks to the 14-gauge steel, weatherproof enclosure, and continuous-duty motor.

The included battery backup provides standby power, so you never have to worry about your gate operator failing when power is out. This unit is UL-listed when a monitored safety protection device, such as photo eye or edge sensors, is added. This operator follows the same installation process as the SL595 and SL585, so you can place it in the same place as your old device and follow the old installation method.
